Sam Boyd, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Sam Boyd is a Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in various areas including strength training, speed, flexibility, agility, stretching, endurance, rehabilitation, range of motion, nutrition, and weight management, as well as injury prevention and therapy. He has personal experience in rehabilitation following both major (five spinal fusions) and minor (three collarbone) surgeries. Additionally, he has served as a Senior Pastor for 40 years across six different churches. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Master of Religious Education, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sam has also been a caregiver for his wife of 41 years, who passed away from ALS, and is the father of three married daughters and a grandfather to nine grandchildren. He is now remarried to Debbie, whose previous husband succumbed to Alzheimer’s disease. Sam brings a wealth of both technical and life experience to his practice.
